Airlie Beach House is a wonderful beach house for holidaying, whether it is a romantic long weekend getaway for the two of you or two families wishing to spend time together. Airlie Beach House enjoys a prime elevated ocean front site in the heart of Airlie Beach.

Enjoy views framed by Pioneer Point, Grimstone Point, Hook, Hayman, Double Cone and Armit Islands. The Beach House has everything that anyone could wish for situated on the headland at Airlie Beach between Abel Point Marina to the West, and the exclusive Coral Sea Resort to the East. There is also private access to the foreshore and coral sand beach (a privilege limited to a very few)

Airlie Beach House also has a swing buoy mooring on the other side of the jetty (grid reference O5) which is designed for vessels up to 12 tons or 42 feet in length. This is available for guest use during their stay with us without extra charge subject to availability and prior arrangement at time of booking. The Boatshed (including caretakers studio) is not included in the property rented.

When deciding on how to fill your days, the choices are endless. Within walking distance to the foreshore, popular lagoon and the cafe's, restaurants and shops in the main street of Airlie Beach.

The large dining area seats eight to ten guests and is perfect for entertaining or a family get together over a good meal and a nice bottle of wine. Retire out on to the deck and listen to the waves on the shore line just metres away.

Fully furnished throughout with new furniture and appliances the Beach House has a
spacious and open feeling. You will admire the nautical theme from the moment you step on to the “ships deck” to the finer touches that adorn the walls and complete the picture of the Boathouse.

All of this adds up to - fantastic position, fabulous ocean views, spacious accommodation, entertaining ship deck with ocean views and to top it all off the master bedroom has it’s own ensuite and can be locked off from the main living area’s making it the perfect "parents retreat”.

Sleeping up to eight guests comprising of two queen beds, two singles and a double fold out sofa there is more than enough room for everyone to move and spread out to make the most of your Whitsunday getaway.

The Beach House won the 2003 Queensland Master Builders Award for renovations. The judges were particularly impressed with the "nautical theme presented in the large ship-shape deck, bowsprit, masts, rigging, railing, sails, flag, port holes and lights and in the internal paintings, decoration and features". The renovations succeeded in capturing the spectacular views and integrating the indoor and outdoor areas for idyllic seaside tropical living.

AU$500 Non refundable deposit to be paid at the point of booking and the remainder to be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
