Two levels and twice the size of our two bedroom apartments, upstairs features two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with spa baths when available, downstairs features “guest room” with 2 x single beds or sofa bed, full kitchen, separate dining area, large balcony, spacious lounge with sofa bed, lock up garage.
 

A coastal walkway provides access from this resort to Abel Point Marina and Village (5 mins), Cannonvale shops (10 mins), and Airlie Beach Lagoon (10 mins) without ever having to cross a road! Ideal for families wanting to wear out the children!

This Penthouse is situated in a beach resort which faces due north, so the sun is always overhead and never in your eyes. In summer when the northerly winds roll in, there's always a cool breeze while in winter, the resort is protected from the strong southerly winds by the surrounding hills. More importantly, unlike the rest of Airlie Beach (which faces East), you can enjoy watching spectacular tropical sunsets from your balcony!

Being one of the closest resorts to Abel Point (Airlie Beach's only marina development) it's only a leisurely five minute stroll to shops, restaurants and hundreds of boat trips that leave daily for the islands and the reef from Airlie Beach. No car-parking problems, no expensive cab fares, no waiting for buses.....no worries!

Deep-water access adjacent to the beach (via a 400m long rocky promontory) and plenty of live bait ensures the fishing is great (just ask the locals - it's one of the favorite fishing spots in the area - mackerel, trevalley, whiting, barramundi and cod are all commonly caught!). Parklands opposite the beach provide shaded picnic tables, toilets, a boat ramp and a fish cleaning area.

 

This Penthouse is of  4 star standard and self-contained, featuring split-system air-conditioning throughout, direct dial phones, large TV, modem/data points for Internet access, full kitchen and laundry and a tropically themed furniture package

RESORT FEATURES:

Saltwater Pools

The resort has not one but two saltwater pools. The Garden Pool features two dipping pools connected by a waterfall, a poolside BBQ and sun lounges. The Beachside Pool is much larger (approx. 16m long) and features a shaded wading area for children, a deep dive area (4m in depth) plus a poolside terrace overlooking the beach.

Conference Centre

Located on the pool deck just behind the restaurant, the conference centre represents over 130 square meters of space, with theatre seating for approx. 150 (banquet style - 120). Two smaller function rooms can also be created via a folding partition wall (Dolphin Room and Dugong Room). The conference centre is fully air-conditioned and features direct dial phones, modem/data points, full catering facilities, sound system, white boards, overhead projector and variable lighting. Ask management about our conference package deals as well as other exciting options (cocktails on the rooftop garden at sunset, marquee on the beach etc.)

Resort Rooftop Garden

For the exclusive use of beach resort patrons, the rooftop garden features spectacular views of Abel Point Marina, the Whitsunday Islands and Pioneer Bay. The perfect place to enjoy a quiet cocktail at sunset or a dinner BBQ with a difference featureing sun lounges, chairs, tables a bar/BBQ area and of course lots of tropical plants!
